Beliefs:

Children are born wanting to learn. For different reasons, learning may or may not happen, and children may appear to be either incapable or unmotivated. We believe that the ability and the desire to learn can and must be developed to the full capability of each child.

Rationale:

We know that through appropriate and intensive stimulation, changes in brain functions can occur. Research over a period of more than 20 years has shown the effectiveness of Mediated Learning Experience in producing significant changes in ability and desire to learn. Thus, each child will have the opportunity to become a contributing member of society.
